The framework source code found in these pages is released under the GNU Lesser General Public License. This basically means that you can use this source code in commerical or non-commercials products as you see fit. However, if you redistribute the source code, you may not claim it as your own, and both my copyright and a copy of this license must appear with the distribution.
The application source code is distributed under the GNU General Public License. This is a much more restrictive license than the Lesser General Publc License, so make sure you read the legal text carefully before using any of this code in your own projects.
That being said, I'm pretty easy going. If you'd like to use portions of the code found in the applications for your own uses, then please contact me. I'm sure we can come to a reasonable agreement.
